Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing and Handling the High Value Client calls.
- Good administrative skills are a must for celebrity personal assistants, required to manage the celebrity calendar and quickly shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to locate contact information, rare gifts, and more and also involve in generating, managing and converting the leads for the celebrity and also having the capability of handling the high-level issues of the Organizer.
- Event planning, coordinating events, parties, and celebrity gatherings.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills are required for constantly interacting with high class people, including their potential publicists, managers, and more
- Must-have excellent computer skills for set up and maintain email accounts, digital calendars, and Excel Reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Competency in English, Hindi & Punjabi
- Excellent Communication in written and verbal also good in Voice Modulation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office like Excel, Power Point
- Fast learner and quick thinker
